I actually went in with my 11 year old son and was treated earlier than my appointment and overall was very impressed with the service. I appreciate they work work really hard and long hours. Keep up the good work and you definitely deserve a pay rise!

Have never used this clinic before, was VERY impressed by the quality and care shown by the staff.

Waited an hour from appointment booked. So ill hubby had to keep asking how long. Another patient asked reception as my hubby holding me on the chair. Another patient went to get me water,i was sweating and dripping. Dr came out and i couldnt stand,Dr asked reception for a wheelchair and they said there isnt one. Hubby struggled and Dr came to help. In the office my clothes were so stuck to me that the Dr and hubby found it hard to take blouse off so blood pressure could be done. The staff were not helpful at all, but the Dr was lovely and appologetic of the situation. I feel the reception staff need counter training, as im not the only one talking about this. I had been given medication by a specialist that had effects, as i have a bowel problem.

Reception staff to look up and see now and again that things are not right and say to hubby wont be long now without seeing how serius it was. The time was about 2.20 and got in about 3.30. Hope its on camera for 26th june then you will see my bad experience. Not good at all.
